Charakopou, commonly known as Finikas beach (Greek for palm tree), is the first beach encountered when taking the island’s seaside track in a direction away from the island’s only town, where the port is located.
A wide, open-spaced beach covered with fine sand and offering emerald green waters, this spot is well attended, attracting mainly families. Food and beverages available nearby.
