Milossia, a sporting events series for both children and adults, is organized annually, every August, in Filoti by the Filoti Sports and Education Society.
The event is open to both locals and visitors and includes competitions in basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, soccer, long-distance running along a public road, cycling, athletics, as well as trekking on Mount Zas.
